Artist Biography

Dennis Lewis lives in Clovis, California with his wife and three children. He attended California Institute of the Arts where he received his BFA (Bachelors of Fine Arts) Degree. Created works art in the entertainment field ranging from record album covers, movie one sheets, greeting cards, software games and educational products. Dennis background
includes television, recording, advertising and software companies. Including Walt Disney Enterprises, B.D. Fox and Friends, Mark Matsuno Design Sierra Online, Starwave Corporation, MCA Records, CBS, NBC, KHJ9, Columbia Pictures, A&M Records, Solar Records, La Face Inc., Marvel Productions, Microsoft Corporation, Edmark Corporation, Giant Campus Corporation and The Boys and Girls Club

His recent teaching experience as an Art Instructor includes, The Art Institute of Seattle Located in Seattle, Washington. Where he taught both traditional and digital art classes. Presently, Dennis works as an Instructor for The Institute of Technology located in Clovis, California

As an accomplished oil painter his brushwork is vigorous and decisive while conveying selective choices in his personal interpretation of his subjects. Although, equally adept at painting landscapes, still life’s and portraits, his work characterize as ‘painterly and impressionistic.’ Dennis is also a member of the Society of Western Artist (SWA).
